This brand-new rec centre is a body-builder’s dream, boasting a Pro power rack, chest press, vertical row, leg press, cable cross over, glute ham, high-tech curved treadmills and runners, as well as an assault AirBike Elite, Concept2 Rower D and the top of the range Concept2 SkiERG 2 machine.

For training more specific muscles, make the most of our collection of exercise balls of all sorts of weights, as well as a range Russian kettlebells, different sized Swiss balls and Gym Balls, a Yoga Block and Gladiator Wall.
